Klauber Brothers was founded in 1859 in Munich, Germany by Rosa Klauber, who sold handmade laces to European royalty.  The company re-established themselves in New York after WWII and is still family owned by 5th and 6th generation Klaubers. They are recognized as one of the most innovative lace manufacturers in the world. In recent years, global partnerships have enabled them to be a reliable supplier to both lingerie and dress brands with the ability to create laces for every level of the market. Every pattern is copyrighted with legal documentation available upon request. Designers across France, Spain, and the USA continue to update the line.
